TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There is a minimum order amount of $25.00 on plants and supplies (excluding shipping) and a $5.00 boxing charge on plant and supply orders. Because of the many variables involved for shipping calculations (ie. order size, weight, customer location, phytosanitary and customs fees for international orders and provincial sales tax for BC residents) we have opted to invoice the customer separately for shipping in order to keep shipping charges fair, accurate and personalized. A shipping invoice will be issued to you after we receive your order, the order will be considered completed after the shipping invoice has been paid in full. Please see our international page for ordering conditions if purchasing from outside of Canada.

Canadian web orders completed by 5:00 pm PST Saturday are shipped the following Monday and/or Tuesday, orders completed after that time are included in the following weeks shipment.  Canada Post Xpresspost is the default method used for shipping plants, Xpresspost with signature must be used for guaranteed live delivery November 1st to March 31. If Expedited Parcel or Regular Post is used during these months Canada Post WILL FREEZE YOUR PLANTS! There is no minimum order amount for seed purchases. If only purchasing seed please use the postage purchase buttons at the bottom of the seed list, no other shipping charges will be invoiced for seed orders, Xpresspost with signature must be used for guaranteed live seed delivery November 1st to March 31.

Safe arrival of live plants is guaranteed by the above terms, any claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order and must be accompanied by a picture of the plant in question. Due to the specific cultural requirements of carnivorous plants we cannot guarantee the customers success in maintaining the plants but we are very willing to provide after sales assistance to help you care for your plant. As this lab and nursery is a one person operation all plant care inquiries are dealt with outside of business hours and should be made through email here.
